Clients that have used us for Executive Search have secured the candidates they need whilst saving up to 75% on recruitment fees.
We believe that recruitment consultancy should be priced based on the time and effort we spend searching for the senior executives that our clients need. We do not charge a percentage of the annual salary attached to the role we’re head hunting for. Our Executive Search offering uses Recruitment as a Service (RaaS) as a platform. This means the price for the Executive Search is calculated using billable hours. We believe this is the most honest and simple way to charge our clients for using our services.
