Key Responsibilities
You’ll join an early stage company and have the opportunity to grow within the organization and form the company culture as team member.
You’ll be exposed to all aspects of the business and have the opportunity to explore what you enjoy doing best.
You’ll support all business operations and work closely with our customers and relay feature requests, bug reports and to the engineering team.
You’ll Take responsibility for administration work such bookkeeping, basic website updates, report generation and various external stakeholder management.
What You Will Work On
Support the roll out of our new CRM solution
Use internal tools for report generation
Work closely with all team members on a day to day basis
Answer customer support queries via phone and web
Develop your own internal projects to improve and grow the business
Liaise with external service providers
Use XERO for bookkeeping
Organize marketing material and upcoming special sales for customers and other
stakeholders
Occasional travel to customer sites in Ireland and The UK.
