Schwarz & Vogel introduce the newest member of our technical recruitment team. Richard Riddett takes on the new role of Technical Recruitment Manager. Our clients will now be able to depend on his twenty years of industry knowledge and experience. He will now be responsible for all of the technical recruitment opportunities within the business.
We have a desire to deliver the best recruitment service available. One of the ways we do this is by making sure that our consultants have the right industry knowledge. They can then connect with our clients as industry experts as well as recruiters. Our deep understanding of the roles we work on, means we deliver the right type of candidates for our clients.
The roles that we recruit for demand a high level of technical understanding. Richard has worked for Hewlett Packard, DXC Technology and O2 Communications. His technology career spans twenty years. His technology skills will translate into faster and better placements for our clients.
What He brings To Technical Recruitment
As a Business Analyst, Richard has worked on large digital projects. Working with DXC’s software development teams, he has created successful digital solutions. Before that, Richard was a solution leader with Hewlett Packard. He led teams of designers and engineers that were working on enterprise solutions for large global clients. This was a high pressured role within technical pre-sales and it demanded a lot of skill. In his time with Hewlett Packard, Richard also led multi-million dollar outsourcing deals for large financial clients.
